The Arctic:
unfreeze your dreams
On a balloon in the Arctic? Why not
See an iceberg. Step onto an iceberg
Walk across eternal ice in complete silence
Land of feats, legends, and history that you can now discover with all the comfort imaginable.
Like an undeclared competition, Scandinavian countries send signals that attract our adventurous spirit.
In the North, very North, we arrive at the Svalbard Islands, in the Polar circle. And once there, our snow motorcycles or husky sledges will take us along extraordinary landscapes between glaciers and fjords.
Still in the Norwegian Arctic, Tromsö and the Lofoten Islands are places of an extreme and incomparable beauty.
But Finland and Sweden also possess the Arctic’s magic.
Our plan in Finland would be, without a doubt, arriving at the extreme city of Kittila to stay at a wooden cabin and from there plan all types of activities. This, of course, would include a visit to Santa’s cabin, as he’s one of its illustrious residents.
In the North of Sweden, enormous extensions of virgin lands await us, where the reindeer are much more abundant than people. Ideal place to enjoy the midnight sun in the summer months and of the Northern Lights during winter.
But, in Ferrer & Saret, we like full experiences. Hence why we suggest the route throughout the whole Scandinavian Arctic on a hydroplane. From Kiruna to Nikkaloukta and Riksgräsen in Sweden. Then to the Norwegian Lofoten Islands. From there to Senja, very up North. But we still want more and we fly along the tundra coast to Nordkapp. Alta and the Finnish Kilpisjärvi will be our next trips until we end it in Tromsø. Seven days of phenomenal places flying with a low altitude over unique scenery. And doing endless fun activities impossible to do further south of the Arctic circle, the world’s most beautiful place to see from the air.
And if you’re one of those who also wants to discover the Arctic from the American side, Canada offers the Columbia Ice Fields, with its lakes of emerald waters, mountains covered in snow, and glaciers with impossible shapes.
Or Alaska. Yes, Alaska too. Greenland? Of course! The Northwest Passage is a spectacular trip which we do on a boat with the maximum luxury imaginable.
Unfreeze your dreams.
